The implementation period of this project was from February 3th, 2023 to December 10th, 2023. This project included analysis of clearance and disposal organization operational, improving recycled products quality and distribution tracking, improving management of industrial waste clearance and disposal organization, revising suggestions for correction, improving the guidance mechanism for industrial waste clearance and disposal organization, strengthen training of specialist and service quality, strengthen monitoring of industrial waste clearance and disposal organization, making an inventory of recycled products quality and price, improving program quality with governance demand. Here are the results of each work: 1. Based on the current operation status of the clearance organization, this project proposed management suggestions. In addition, this project tracked the output of recycled products for the usage of specific engineering and proposed warning mechanism recommendations. Besides, it updated the application progress of the disposal organization and the status of land release for environmental protection facilities. 2. This project cooperated with the legislative direction of the Resource Cycle Promotion Act to provide impact assessment and correction suggestions, proposed corrections to management regulations based on the actual situation of the waste clearance and disposal organization, and completed a total of 1 landfill volume measurement. 3. This project had completed a total of 20 on-site investigations for waste clearance and disposal organization and compiled a total of 9 training materials for environmental protection professional technical personnel of waste clearance and disposal organization. This project also cooperated with the implementation of occupational safety and gender equality promotion plans. 4. This project completed the sampling and testing of 15 pieces of groundwater from private landfills and 20 pieces of resource-based products for specific engineering, and regularly tracked the price information posted on the system. In addition, this project completed a waste price survey and analysis, and visited 8 industrial parks for signing contracts from manufacturers. 5. For new revised regulations and governance requirement, the Waste Clearance and Disposal Information System (WCDS) was maintained and updated. This project had also hold publicity meetings for regulations, system operation, and expert advice. For improving the effectiveness and quality of this project, special assistant had also assigned for the administrative works by the project.
